What are the delivery time policies?

For all orders within West Malaysia, we offer free shipping. For East Malaysia will be have to pay. For deliveries within West Malaysia, all prepaid orders are eligible for free shipping Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation. Sarees take lot of intricacy in manufacturing, for which we take 1-3 Weeks plus delivery time for your order. We use the most reliable courier services for deliveries. Once your order is ready and dispatched it is usually delivered within 3-7 days. We partner with reputed courier services, so that your products reach you on time.As soon as we deliver your product, the tracking information is sent to you via an Whatsapp.
If there is a delay in dispatch due to the product being out of stock, we may contact you through WhatsApp. For any orders that are urgent and are required to be delivered within an early time frame, the client is requested to confirm with the AK EXCLUSIVE & TRADITIONAL SILK SAREE TEAM to placing the order.
In case, if there is no response to our calls/messages with a confirmation of orderwithin 3 days of our first attempt, the order will be marked canceled at the end of the 3rd  day.                                        Our Packing are with sealed box and silk mark tag.              For more info please contact +601111141424
